Music is a personal choice and selection usually has to do with how someone feels and thinks. I listen to a wide variety of music and selection depends on my mood.
 
 
The type of music listed above is great for getting into a calm, relaxing, tranquil state of mind. I listen to this type of music while I’m practicing Qi Gong, doing daily activities around the house and to alleviate stress. Listening to this type of music while I’m driving in the car helps me remain calm.
