You can either keep the towel at full length or fold it in half. Hold the towel up and over your head.
Movement:
Swirl the towel around in a circular motion above your head. Try to keep the towel close to your body. Do this a few times first in one direction and then in the other.
While circling the towel around your head, begin moving your hips also in a circular motion, as though you were using a Hula-Hoop.
You can also move from side-to-side and add a small up and down movement with your legs as you move the towel in a circular motion.
Duration:
10 to 20 times per side.
Remember:
Try this routine 15 times in one direction and then 15 times in the other direction.
Variation:
Try to keep the towel close to your body. Breathe with each movement.
