Place the middle of the towel around the back of your upper thighs or buttocks. Drape the towel over your thighs.
Movement:
Pickup the ends of the towel near your thighs. Slowly, with little or no resistance, slide both hands towards the ends of the towel without locking your elbows or knees.
Raise the towel up as though you are stretching from your waist.
Take a deep breath and drop the towel over your thighs.
Grab the towel and repeat the movements.
Duration:
15 to 30 times.

Focus on body form, motion and proper breathing.
Exhale slowly while lefting and inhale while going down.
