Towel:
Place the middle of the towel under your front foot. Holding the towel taut, wrap one end of the towel around each hand. You can start by wrapping the ends of the towel around your hands a few times so you are closer to the ground. After trying it and feeling more comfortable, you can you can unwrap the towel more, which will increase the difficulty level.
Movement:
Raise your foot slightly off the ground. Slowly slide your foot across the towel from side to side.
Once you feel balanced, raise your foot a little higher.
You can keep lowering and raising your foot as you slide it across the towel. How high you raise your foot will determine the difficulty level.

25 times in each direction.
