Alternating Knee Lifts
Position: Horse stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Holding the towel taut, wrap one end of the towel around each hand.
Movement:

Move your feet in a circular motion as though you are riding a bicycle, while pulling the towel taut also in a circular motion with your arms.

Repeat the circular motion in the opposition direction.

Duration:
15 - 25 with each leg, or alternating legs.
