Fold the towel in half. Holding the towel taut, wrap one end of the towel around each hand.
Movement:
Hold your arms a shoulders width apart. With your elbows facing down. hold the towel on a diagonal, with the top near your right shoulder and the bottom near your left knee.
Simultaneously, raise your left knee and the towel towards your right shoulder.
Gently lower your leg and arm back to starting position.
Duration:
5 - 10 knee lifts with each leg.
Remember:
If performed properly, it can improve balance and flexibility while improving muscle tone.
