Sit down with your legs forward. You can either keep your knees straight or a little bent.
Towel:
Lean forward and place your feet in the center of the towel. Wrap an end of the towel one time around each foot.
Movement:
To stretch simply reach forward near your feet and grab one side of the towel with each hand.
Hold this position for a few seconds and then with little or no resistance, slide both hands towards the ends of the towel (towards you) as you sit up. Do not lock your elbows.
Drop the towel and begin again.
Duration:
20 to 40 times.
Remember:
Breathe in when raising up and breathe out when lowering down.
