| Position: |
Sit down with your legs fully extended. Stretch your legs outward so they are in a V position.
|
| Towel: |
Lean forward and place your feet apart on the towel. Wrap the towel around each foot. |
| Movement: |
Grab one end of the towel near your feet with each hand.
Move one hand inwards, towards the middle between your feet.
Hold this position for a seconds and then move your hand back out above your legs.
Repeat with the other hand.

Breathe in when raising up and breathe out when lowering down. |
